Participation in this program is voluntary and not required to purchase or participate in any Lumina service.

Messages may be delivered through major U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

Lumina may modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website and effective as of the “Effective Date” above. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
