About Us
Jamie Fitzpatrick

In 2001, Jamie left the teaching world and turned down a College Professorship and Head Coach of Basketball position to launch his first retail concept.
In 2003, Jamie founded Bark & Fitz, a popular dog store concept that grew to 23 locations across North America, generating over $60 million in physical retail sales and transforming the landscape of pet retailing and the customer experience. He was named Runner-Up Entrepreneur of the Year in Oakville in 2005.
In 2015, Jamie founded Fitzlife Enterprises in the wellness direct sales space, where his sales team was responsible for over $100 million in online sales. In 2020, he co-founded both Legacy By Kim and Fitzlife Consulting, growing each into seven-figure businesses.
Jamie has spoken to live audiences of over 20,000 and delivered thousands of hours of online coaching and training. He has appeared on CBC, CTV, CIBC Radio, Breakfast Television, CHCH, CP24, and multiple podcasts discussing business trends and retail concepts.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Education, Major in Physical Fitness, from the University of Alberta, and a Masters in Leadership from San Diego State University, bringing deep expertise in wellness and performance to his business approach.
Jamie believes in servant leadership and action-based confidence, that businesses grow when leaders empower their teams, treat people exceptionally well, and build cultures of trust rather than chasing metrics.
