About Us
Dr. Emiley Hedberg, PsyD, LP
Business Psychologist, Leadership & Team Development Consultant, Facilitator, Executive Coach
Dr. Emiley Hedberg is a Business Psychologist, Life Transition Coach, and Author dedicated to helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate change with clarity, courage, and calm. As a Partner and Senior Consultant with The Lumin Group, Emiley has almost two decades of experience applying behavioral and social science principles to build thriving organizational cultures and cultivate leadership capabilities at all levels. Known for her grounded presence and evidence-based approach, her expertise spans executive and leadership coaching, facilitation, team coaching and development, and organizational culture.
As a Life Transition Coach and co-author of Unreserved, Emiley guides individuals through the often-overlooked “middle” of transformation, helping them reconnect to their values, identify what is most important, and lead from a grounded foundation.
Emiley holds her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics and Management from Gustavus Adolphus College and a master’s and doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota), where she also serves as adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Professional Psychology.
