As founders, we built Lumina on a simple but powerful belief: coaching is more than a skill, it is a way of being that impacts your life and those you touch. Over the next six months, you will expand your coaching techniques, you’ll embody the ICF Core Competencies, integrate the Lumina Navigation System into your coaching presence, and join a community of emerging coaches and leaders committed to excellence, integrity, and legacy. You will become a professional coach.

The Lumina Navigation System (ILLUMIN8™, Clarity Compass™, and MAPS™) is our proprietary framework, designed to honor and uphold the International Coaching Federation standard for excellence. These tools will expertly teach you the 8 ICF Core Competencies, as well as help you to develop your understanding and application of them. Together, these three integrated tools guide you through every phase of the coaching process: from session structure to reflective practice to ongoing mastery. By program completion, you’ll meet ICF ACC standards and be prepared to pursue your ACC, ICF credential with confidence.
