Julie Cusmariu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Mentor Coach (CMC), Executive Coach, Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Intuitive Consultant, Coach Trainer, and Facilitator with over 18 years of experience in the field of coaching, change, and transformation. Registered with the International Coaching Federation and based in Montreal, Canada, Julie works with individuals, groups, and organizations worldwide in support of their desire to lead with meaning and purpose and positively impact their own lives and the lives of others and the planet.

Julie is passionate about supporting the development of new and experienced coaches. She facilitates the process for coaches to hone their coaching skills, develop and strengthen their unique style, and deepen their understanding and fluency of the ICF core competencies. Julie is known for her grounded, intuitive, encouraging and compassionate style that is deeply relational, ethically grounded and competency based.

Julie previously held executive roles in sales and marketing after graduating with distinction from the John Molson School of Business. She is also the host of Julie in Conversation, a long-running podcast with a worldwide audience  and is the creator of Dance Your Intuition, an immersive experience that cultivates creativity, deep listening and  innovation for individuals and groups.
