The Lumina Navigation System (ILLUMIN8™, the Clarity Compass™, and MAPS™) is our proprietary coaching framework that teaches coaching as a way of being rather than something you do. Rooted in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, our methodology integrates evidence-informed psychological principles, NLP-based communication and language awareness, and somatic grounding and nervous system presence practices to support a deeply attuned, client-led coaching experience. This approach, what we call Lumina Integrative Coaching, equips you to hold steady, grounded space; to evoke meaningful insight and identity-level awareness; and to support clients in developing aligned, self-directed action that leads to sustainable transformation. You will learn to coach without advising, fixing, or leading the client, and instead develop the capacity to attune, reflect, inquire, and partner in a way that preserves client agency and honours their internal wisdom. By program completion, you will be able to confidently demonstrate the 8 ICF Core Competencies, meet ACC-level coaching standards, and be prepared to pursue your Professional ACC Credential. We don’t train coaches to give answers, we train coaches to develop leaders who know how to access their own clarity, strength, and direction.
