Phase 1: Foundations Immersion (3 days, 15 hours)
Coaching as a way of being, identity development, presence cultivation, and mastery of the Lumina Navigation System™

Phase 2: Core Competencies Development (Modules 2-10, 18 hours)
Building coaching presence, powerful questioning, deep listening, awareness evocation, and ethical practice

Phase 3: Advanced Skills & Complex Conversations (Modules 11-20, 20 hours)
Navigating resistance, cultural humility, goal-setting mastery, accountability frameworks, and facilitating client growth

Phase 4: Professional Practice & Legacy Building (Modules 21-25, 10 hours)
Business foundations, ethical marketing, enrollment conversations, transition coaching, and ACC credentialing preparation

Observed Coaching Labs (3 formal assessments)
Live coaching practice with real-time faculty feedback and performance evaluation

Mentor Coaching (10 hours)
Group and individual sessions focused on competency development and credentialing readiness

ICF Core Competencies Integration

Every module explicitly maps to the 2025 ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Students learn how the Lumina Navigation System™ enhances and complements ICF gold standards, preparing coaches for ACC credentialing and beyond.
